Before setting sail with HX Expeditions, it's crucial to have all the information you need before you leave.

To view all booking details, and passenger information, and manage your invoice, you must register to create a My Trip account.
The account owner of the booking can do so by registering their email address along with the booking number provided. Once you are logged into your My Trip account, you can share all booking details with your travel companions.

Before you set sail, all passengers need to check in and provide the necessary information. By checking in with HX Expeditions directly, you can access your travel documents and even reserve additional onboard amenities for your cruise. To get started, click here to create an account.
If you would like to enhance your travel experience with shore excursions you can log into your HX Expeditions account directly and visit the 'Enhance Your Cruise' section.
Please note, where you cannot add on any additional services with the cruise line directly, the service must be booked onboard. Additional services may not be available for pre-purchase.
Travel e-documents are generally issued no later than 30 days prior to sailing. All documents will be made available in your Hurtigruten Expeditions Account.
Log into your account with Hurtigruten Expedition to complete the requirements and download your travel documents once available. You may be required to present your documents upon check-in.

Before sailing, HX Expeditions will request that guests fill out a Medical Screening Form. This form collects personal and medical details which may also be required at immigration. This form must be completed and submitted 4-8 weeks prior to sailing.

Where travelling domestically or internationally the relevant government-issued document is required.
Visa requirements vary depending on both the country you are travelling to and the type of passport that you are travelling on. Given that there are many variables when it comes to visa requirements, we cannot provide specific details in regard to visas on our website.

To sail with Hurtigruten Expeditions you must be over 5 years old. However, for safety reasons, children under the age of 12 may not be able to partake in shore excursions.
In addition to this, for all travelers visiting Galápagos on Santa Cruz II, parents with children below the age of 6 will be required to present a release form signed by parents or guardians to board the cruise. Furthermore, children between 6-18 years, are accompanied by one legal guardian, and a minor consent form signed by the other parent/legal guardian is required to be presented when boarding.
