Before setting sail with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL), it's crucial to have all the information you need before you leave.

To view all booking details, passenger information, and manage your invoice, you must register to create a My Trip account.
The account owner of the booking can do so by registering their email address along with the booking number provided. Once you are logged into your My Trip account, you can share all booking details with your travel companions.

Before you set sail, it's important for all passengers to check in and provide necessary information. By checking in with Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL) directly, you can access your travel documents and even reserve additional onboard amenities for your cruise. To get started, click here to create an account.
If you would like to enhance your travel experience with shore excursions, WIFI package or drink packages, you can log into your 'My NCL' account directly.
Please note, where you are unable to add on any additional services with the cruise-line directly, the service must be booked on-board. Additional services cannot be booked until you are within 6 months of departure.
Travel e-documents are generally issued no later than 21 days prior to sailing. All documents will be made available in your My NCL Account.
Log into your NCL Account here to complete your requirements and download your travel documents once available. You may be required to present your documents upon check-in.
It is important to note, documents will not be available for download once within 72 hours of sailing.

To sail with NCL you must be at least 6 months old. Selective cruises may require the infant to be a minimum 12 months old at time of departure.
Please be advised that guests traveling with an infant who does not meet these age requirements will be denied boarding. The cruise line will not provide refunds or compensation due to such denial of boarding for underage infants or accompanying guests.
