Flights
Return economy flights from Sydney are included. Departures from Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, and Perth are available for an additional surcharge. You can select your preferred departure city in the customisation section during your online booking. There are no direct flights from Tahiti to Australia your flight may have one or multiple stops due to airline scheduling.
If you wish to make changes to your included airfare—such as flying with a specific airline, arriving at a certain time, or upgrading your cabin—you can request this by emailing [email protected] to obtain the Flight Preference Form. Flight variations incur a $150 per person fee plus any airfare difference and are processed 50 days before scheduled departure.
Hotels
All hotels listed are subject to change; any changes will be of an equal or higher standard. Bedding requests cannot be guaranteed and are always on a request basis with the hotel.
Transfers
Airport transfers that are not included in your package can be added. A $30 service fee applies for arranging a private transfer, in addition to the transfer cost.
Documentation
Travel documentation is sent digitally 30 days before departure. No postal documents are issued. You must complete your cruise personaliser directly with the cruise line. We cannot complete this on your behalf. Visit the Know Before You Go section for guidance, and you will receive an email reminder when it is time to complete this.
Visas
Visas are not included in any trip. Please refer to SmartTraveller for visa requirements and travel advice.
Payments
Deposits can only be made via credit or debit card. Final payment must be made by the due date. If payment is not received, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable.
Final payment can be made via B-Pay. Email us at [email protected] and we will send you a PDF with your payment details. Make sure to refer to your Inspiring Vacations booking ID when making the payment.
